Introducing AI Learning Tools in EduMawu LMS

Today we're rolling out AI Learning Tools inside EduMawu LMS, available to every school on a Professional plan or above. This release has been in pilot with three schools in Accra and Kumasi since the start of the term, and the feedback shaped almost every part of the final feature.

The core idea is simple: teachers spend a huge amount of time creating practice questions, past-paper style exercises, and revision material by hand. AI Learning Tools lets a teacher select a topic they've already covered in a course and generate a first draft of practice questions in seconds, which they can then edit, reorder, or discard entirely before publishing to students.

We were careful not to build a black box. Every generated question is clearly labelled as AI-assisted until a teacher reviews and approves it, and nothing is ever published to students without a teacher in the loop. Question generation also draws only from the course material the teacher has already uploaded, so it stays aligned to what was actually taught in class rather than generic content pulled from nowhere.

This is the first of several AI-assisted features we're bringing to EduMawu LMS this year. If your school is on the LMS Professional plan, AI Learning Tools is available now from the course builder — no separate setup required.
