Most schools are fully set up and taking attendance within their first week, with existing student data imported via CSV in a single sitting. Larger schools or multi-campus groups typically take two to three weeks with our onboarding team's support.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up daily, and protected by role-based access controls so staff only see what's relevant to their role. Every significant change is recorded in an audit trail.
All plans include email support with a same-day response time during business hours. Professional and Enterprise plans include priority support with phone and WhatsApp access, and Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager.
EduMawu SIS handles day-to-day school administration — students, staff, attendance, grades, and finance. EduMawu Admissions manages the application and enrolment process for new students. EduMawu LMS extends learning beyond the classroom with courses, assignments, and quizzes. They work together seamlessly, but can also be used independently.
