Senior Laravel Developer

We're looking for a Senior Laravel Developer to join our engineering team building the core EduMawu platform used by hundreds of schools across Ghana. You'll work across our SIS, Admissions, and LMS products, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and offline-friendly design.
You'll collaborate closely with our product and customer success teams, who work directly with schools every day, to make sure what we build actually solves real problems for real school administrators.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional PHP development, with at least 2 years in Laravel
- Strong understanding of relational database design and query optimisation
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Comfort working in a small team with direct customer feedback loops
- Based in or willing to relocate to Accra, with flexibility for hybrid work
