Every January, Northgate Senior High's admissions office became a bottleneck: hundreds of parents queuing with paper forms, cash payments that had to be manually recorded, and an admissions committee that spent weeks manually ranking candidates by hand.
Northgate piloted EduMawu Admissions for a single intake cycle, moving the entire application process online — including document upload and mobile money payment of application fees. The admissions committee generated a ranked merit list automatically based on the school's own scoring criteria, cutting the shortlisting process from three weeks to two days.
The following year, Northgate rolled EduMawu Admissions out school-wide and integrated it with EduMawu SIS, so accepted students flow directly into the school's student records with zero re-entry of data.
